The precaution principle as a fundament of prevention and control plan to mitigate the COVID-19 disease in Cuba

The elements that distinguish the precaution principle as a principle of international law are made explicit and a synthesis of the fundamental measures adopted by the Cuban State to prevent, control, protect and mitigate the risks and negative impacts caused by the COVID-19 disease is made. It is evident how these measures have a favorable impact on the epidemiological situation in the country.Downloads
