Family communication plays a crucial role in the psychological and emotional development of adolescents. The aim of this article was to present the design of a socio-psychoeducational intervention program aimed at promoting psychological well-being in adolescents through family communication. The research was conducted from February 2024 to December 2025. The theoretical framework provided the basis for integrating theoretical and experiential components within a participatory context. The methodological structure was organized into group work sessions following the principles of an intervention program. The design of the proposal involved several stages, ranging from the diagnosis of identified needs to the planning and organization of the intervention. The program consists of nine structured group work sessions, each comprising an objective, a motivational phase, a development phase, and a closing phase. Methods and guidelines for the implementation and evaluation of the program were also established.
