Abstract

La práctica de la limitación del esfuerzo terapéutico no es novedad en las unidades de atención al paciente grave. Es necesario diferenciar la eutanasia de la limitación del esfuerzo terapéutico, considerada esta última como una buena práctica clínica. En este trabajo se realiza una reflexión teórica que tiene como objetivo fundamental el análisis bioético acerca de las diferencias fundamentales entre ambas.
