Abstract

El presente trabajo es parte de una investigación que comenzó en la Universidad Médica de Camagüey desde el año 2004. La insuficiente preparación teórica- metodológica de los profesores guías para el desempeño de su trabajo educativo se identificó como el problema científico, por lo que su objetivo ha sido perfeccionar su labor. Empleando diversos métodos del nivel teórico y empírico se efectuó la sistematización de los aspectos teóricos relacionados con el trabajo educativo en la universidad cubana y en específico en la médica , se incorporaron nuevas categorías a la teoría como fueron: concepto de profesor guía y tarjetero metodológico, redefinición de trabajo educativo y de proyecto educativo del colectivo estudiantil, establecimiento de exigencias metodológicas para la dirección de la labor educativa por parte de los profesores guías y se diseñó la metodología para elaborar los proyectos educativos.
